today I'm taking a little bit of inspiration from these dresses from baby gap. I'm taking a little bit of color inspiration & a little design inspiration. I'm loving the bold stripes, the summery colors & the heathered effect on the fabric reminds me of a little distress I love to add to my papers.
here's a layout I did with the new stripy paper I created + some others I have recently done up...
how cute is she? these are some pics I took last week when we visited my parents at Coralville while they camping there. We took them to the spillway at the lake & they had so much fun & got sooooo wet! it was like a mini water park :)

for those that know me... you know I'm one of those glass half full type of girls, yes an optimist at heart. I like to think everything will always work out & be ok. One of my favorite things to do is collect quotes... happy quotes, meaningful things, things that ring true to my life. I created this layout today with some of my photos from the weekend & a few things I've been wanting to try lately...
this FREE digital template from paislee press & lara jade retro pop photo action that is also free... pretty fun. thought these pics might be perfect for it!
I also used the ledger paper from my vintage polka.dot line & the girly banner from the oh happy day girly extra set. The yellow zig zag paper is *coming soon*! Font is splendid 66.
