new releases 4.7

hello all! hope you're having a great month so far!  I've been keeping busy with lots of stuff... especially keeping some little 4 year old out of trouble, which has not been very successful {& also means little getting accomplished work wise}!  I'm hoping it's just a phase!  She's usually not too much of a trouble maker, but lately geesh!  Anyway, to keep the stinker busy, we've been trying to get outside on the here.and.there. days that are nice, fairly warm, like yesterday...

we got this bike for Lydia for her birthday & since March in Iowa can be a little schizophrenic, we have had chances here & there for outside play... you really have to take advantage while it lasts!  So yesterday I took her out & I took her new bike out on our concrete pad & showed her how to ride in circles!  The rest of our driveway is gravel & for a beginning bike rider, a little tricky, so until she gets a little better with the pedaling I thought this might build her confidence while getting to enjoy her bike.  I loved the photos I captured especially that big one... isn't that the face every kid should have while riding their bike?  I remember how much I LOVED riding my bike & how much the boys loved it too {Evan went through 2 pairs of training wheels he was so wild about his bike!}.  I hope she really loves it too. On that note... I hope you love the new templates I've released this week {including the one I used for the layout above}

seriously... how awesome!  I know some people shy away from templates, but I love them to get out of a rut, do a quick page or just a jumping off point to get going on a page... who says you have to keep it the same?  Like how Allison used the extra large photo across the top of the #9 template... really cool! 

of course, as always, the new releases are 30% off just today & I'm telling you, there are some AWESOME things in store today... with all the new designers at DHD {including the fabulous Gennifer Bursett who's making her design debut today!!!!} new release Thursday is even more exciting!

hey everyone... hope you're having a great last-day-of-March!  I've got some new kits called Mellow in the store today... you can buy them seperately or the whole kit, but either way it's all 30% off just today :)  I'm really diggin' yellow right now {maybe I'm just craving sun!} & I always love a good calm blue/green/gray combo too... it's just, well, mellow!

Happy St Patrick's Day!!! I've got a few new kits for you today...

{insert squeal here!!!!} I'm over.the.top excited that I'll be working with MME on some "real" paper lines.  I've loved the style of their lines since I first saw them in my LSS long ago.  It's just good stuff & I'm sooo happy they think my style fits with their company!

hey everyone... sorry for being so quiet here!  We've got someone who is turning 4 soon in our house, so we've been birthday party preparing, cleaning, & also just running lots & lots of errands & going to appointments!  ahhh, you know, life :)  anyway, I managed to get a few kits out for you this week as well!  I hope they'll be ones you can go to again & again! 

yep, that's right, I love me some vintage, love ledger & office-type goodies!  This is a set I've been wanting to create for a while... inspired by some old ledgers & some just that I thought could be useful.
